Prices for all our items sold are in NZ DOLLAR (NZD$).


For some products, the results may vary due to individual differences. There could be slight size and colour tone differences due to manual measurement and lighting effects.

Payment Method


How can I pay my order?

We accept payment via Paypal, Credit card or Debit card. All our products are listed in NZ Dollar. When you place an order, our system will process automatically exchange your currency.


Orders

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email. In this mail, You will receive a Order ID (eg. #3456), and listing of the items you have ordered.


What should I do if I didn’t receive confirmation?

First of all, please check your junk mail or SPAM/FOLDER. If you still do not see it there, please send us an email to supports@applesandseeds.nz. We will send it again ASAP. 


How can I change my order?

It normally takes 12 hours to process orders. It's important to notify us by email within 12 hours of placing an order.


How do I cancel an order?

We highly recommond you to make purchase once you are absolutely sure you want to buy the product. It takes us 12 hours to process orders, so please send us an email to supports@applesandseeds within 12 hours to notify. An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.


What if the item I ordered doesn't arrive on time?

The delivery time could be longer or shorter due to custom conditions in different countries.  If you still didn't receive your item after 20 working days, Please let us know at supports@applesandseeds.nz


Cancellations & Returns

When is a refund possible?

A refund can be claimed within 14 days after received item(s).


A refund will be issued if you received the wrong item or broken item. Photos of received items are required to make sure items qualify for refund or exchange.

When are refunds not possible?

We cannot provide refunds under following conditions:

- You have placed an order with wrong address

- You have received the ordered item  but required a refund just because of  change of mind 

- The damage of product because of wrong use

- Send the notification more than 12 hours and item has already been shipped.
